Carriage will be dependent on each product individually and your location. Again, we will be able to advise you of the time-scale involved and the full cost over the phone.

Furniture & Mirrors
Delivery of furniture is free locally (North Tyneside). Delivery charges will apply to addresses outwith the local area. Please contact us here for further information.

Buy Online
You can now buy selected products directly from this site using your debit/credit card or your PayPal account, if you have one.

Postage and packing costs quoted on our PayPal shopping cart apply only to mainland UK. All deliveries outside mainland UK are sent at cost. Please contact us for more details before placing an order.

Timescales
All orders will be dealt with swiftly - we aim to have your order with you within 4 working days, but sometimes there may be a slight delay. We will always keep you informed every step of the way! We know (from personal experience) how annoying it is when you order something online, and have no idea how long it will take for delivery. We will not keep you in the dark, and please email us if you have any questions. You will always receive a personal reply.

Returns policy
If you need to make a change to an online order, please telephone us immediately and we will do our best to oblige.

If any items you receive are faulty a full refund will be given on return of the product within 7 days.

If you change your mind after receiving the product, we will consider a refund on the return of the unused product at your cost. Please telephone or email us to discuss before returning the item
